Participate in Activities

In order to participate in various activities certain forms are required.  Some are required for both Seniors and Cadets, others are just required for cadets.  Please see below and make sure you have a current copy of the form with you for any activities.

HINT:  Save the pdf to your local computer and fill it in.  Then save it with the changes.  Next activity you will only need to make minimal changes such as date, activity name, and rank as everything else will already be filled out.
